Right now I’m in Menorca so I thought that I would share with you what I typically eat on holiday to stay healthy.
For breakfast on holiday, I always keep it light.
I will have a bottle of water as hydrating in the heat is so important. I will also enjoy a small ‘coconut’ yoghurt. This meal was healthy and nutritious!
For lunch today I enjoyed a tuna salad under the 30-degree sun on my sunbed! I have to make the most of the lovely sunshine before I head back home to England.
Tonight’s dinner was delicious grilled Squid that was expertly BBQ’d by my Dad!
I had my squid alongside some salad with; lettuce, avocado and tomatoes. I don’t know what it is but fruit and vegetables always taste so much yummier abroad.
